Learn About Brownstone
Incorporated on June 29, 1971, and opened on November 1, 1975, Brownstone Gardens was established by the Board of Directors from the First Congregational Church of East Longmeadow. Their mission was to provide housing for elderly residents in East Longmeadow and neighboring communities. Expanding over the years, Phase II was added in 1985, and Phase III on Somers Road in 1995. The Board continues its commitment to enhancing Brownstone Gardens.
